The institute offers three fee payment options:
Monthly, Quarterly, and Annually.

• All fees must be paid in advance according to the selected payment plan.

• Parents will be notified 10 days before the due date for fee submission. The fee must be paid within these 10 days.

• If the fee is not submitted within this period, the student’s classes will be temporarily suspended.
Classes will resume only after the fee is submitted.

• Absence Policy:
In case a student is absent due to personal reasons, leave, or illness, the fee rules will remain unchanged.
Fee reduction, carry forward, or adjustment based on absence is not applicable.

• Agreement:
By taking admission to the institute, Parents/Guardians agree to and accept all the above fee guidelines.

1. If a student takes admission within the first 10 days of a month, the full month’s fee will be applicable.

2.  If admission is taken after the first 10 days, the fee for that month will be calculated based on the remaining days.

3.  Fee Payment Schedule: Fees at the institute are collected strictly on an advance basis.

4. A Quarterly/Half-yearly/Annual/Course Based fee system is applicable for all students. 

5. Please note that monthly fee submission is  available with certain conditions only.

6. If a student attends classes even for a single day in any month, the fee for the complete month will be applicable.

7. Parents / Guardians will receive fee reminders approximately 10 days before the due date through WhatsApp messages or phone calls, to facilitate timely submission.

8. If the fee is not submitted within this period, the student’s classes will be temporarily suspended.

9. Classes will resume  only after the fee is submitted.

10. In case of student absence due to personal reasons, leave, or illness, the fee rules remain unchanged.

11.  Fee reduction, carry forward, or adjustment on the basis of absence is not applicable.

12.  NOTE: Students once discontinued in between the session will not be readmitted for the remaining period of the same session. New Admission is only possible in the next session.

13. Admission to the institute implies that Parents / Guardians agree to and accept all the above fee guidelines.
