Role & Responsibilities:
Monitor day-to-day academic activities (class schedules, teacher coordination, reports, etc.)
Maintain academic quality and ensure timely completion of syllabus
Coordinate between teachers, students, and management
Maintain discipline and class record updates
Prepare and execute academic plans, assessments, and reports
Preferred Qualities:
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and planning abilities
Ability to take responsibility and maintain professionalism
Problem-solving attitude and ability to handle multiple tasks
Additional Preference:
Biology background (Graduate/Post-graduate in Biology or related field)
Basic knowledge of Deeniyat / Islamic studies
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of teaching or academic administration experience (freshers with confidence and leadership ability can also apply).
