NTT / ECCE / Montessori certificate – Preferred but not compulsory

Key Responsibilities
Teach Playgroup, Nursery, LKG & UKG students using:
Activity-based learning
Montessori-inspired methods
Create a spoken English environment in class
Plan and conduct:
Rhymes
Story sessions
Concept-based activities
Maintain:
Classroom discipline with care
Child-friendly and safe environment
Observe and support individual learning needs of each child
Coordinate with:
Deeniyat teacher
Parents (during PTMs)
Maintain basic records of:
Attendance
Child progress (observation-based)

Basic spoken English communication

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 8 Hours per day
Morning Shift: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM (5 hours) Tentative
(Pre-Primary Classes)Evening Shift: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM (3 hours) Tentative
(Senior / Coaching Support Classes)Sunday: Weekly off
Gazetted / Festival Holidays: As per institute calendar
Salary & Leave Policy
Salary Range: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month
(Based on experience, skills & role handling capacity)Casual Leave: 15 days per year
Additional leave as per institute policy (prior approval required)
