Key Responsibilities
Teach Playgroup, Nursery, LKG & UKG students using:
Activity-based learning
Montessori-inspired methods
Create a spoken English environment in class
Plan and conduct:
Rhymes
Story sessions
Concept-based activities
Maintain:
Classroom discipline with care
Child-friendly and safe environment
Observe and support individual learning needs of each child
Coordinate with:
Deeniyat teacher
Parents (during PTMs)
Maintain basic records of:
Attendance
Child progress (observation-based)
Love and patience for young children
Basic spoken English communication
Calm, polite and positive attitude
Willingness to learn and accept guidance
Good classroom management skills (without fear or punishment)
Respectful and supportive workplace
Small class strength (15–20 students only)
Focus on quality teaching, not pressure

Working Hours & Days
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 8 Hours per day
Morning Shift: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM (5 hours) Tentative
(Pre-Primary Classes)
Evening Shift: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM (3 hours) Tentative
(Senior / Coaching Support Classes)
Sunday: Weekly off
Gazetted / Festival Holidays: As per institute calendar
Salary & Leave Policy
Salary Range: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month
(Based on experience, skills & role handling capacity)
Casual Leave: 15 days per year
Additional leave as per institute policy (prior approval required)
Aalima from any recognised Madarsa (Mandatory)
Teaching experience preferred

Key Responsibilities
