Participant Requirements

📝 Every participant should bring a notebook and pen daily for note-making and class activities.

📌 Important Instructions

1. Participants are expected to maintain Islamic manners, discipline, and respect throughout the camp.

2. Regular attendance is essential. Participants should attend all sessions punctually.

3. Parents are requested to ensure that their children arrive and leave on time.

4. Participants should bring a notebook and pen daily for note-making and class activities.

5. Appropriate and modest dress is required during the camp.

   • Boys: Decent and modest clothing.

   • Girls: Modest Islamic dress and hijab (where applicable).

6. Mobile phones, electronic gadgets, and valuables should be avoided unless specifically permitted.

7. Participants are expected to actively participate in classes, quizzes, competitions, and other camp activities.

8. Respect towards teachers, volunteers, fellow participants, and camp property is mandatory.

9. Any form of misbehavior, bullying, inappropriate language, or disruption may lead to disciplinary action.

10. Participants should maintain cleanliness of classrooms and the campus.

Competitions & Activities

11. Participation in competitions is encouraged but subject to rules announced during the camp.

12. Decisions of judges and organizers regarding competitions and prizes will be final.

13. Notes prepared during the camp may be evaluated for special recognition and awards.

Parents' Guidelines

14. Parents are requested to cooperate with camp organizers in maintaining discipline and attendance.

15. Parents may contact the camp helpline for any queries regarding schedules or activities.

16. Photographs or videos taken during camp activities may be used by the organizers for educational and promotional purposes.

The organizers reserve the right to make necessary changes to the schedule, activities, competitions, or camp arrangements in the best interest of the participants.
